These terms govern use of the free educational materials and information available on JNTUK Materials.
Free access
Materials are provided without an account or purchase. A download labelled free does not create a sale, subscription, licence to resell, or guarantee of permanent availability.
Educational use and accuracy
Content is provided for study and reference. Syllabi, regulations, schedules and examination information can change. Check important academic decisions against JNTUK or another authoritative source. We do not guarantee marks, examination outcomes, completeness or error-free content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, automate excessive downloading, introduce malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, or use materials in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Copyright and contributed materials
Rights in university documents, books, notes, logos and contributed works remain with their respective owners. Site layout and original explanatory content are protected to the extent applicable.
By contributing material, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it. Do not upload personal or confidential information, unlawfully copied material, malicious content, or files unrelated to the page. A submission does not guarantee publication. We may inspect, reject, edit, organise, publish or remove a contribution at our discretion, and nothing is published automatically from the upload queue.

External services and availability
The site may link to third-party websites and uses external hosting, analytics and advertising services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Access may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and materials are provided “as is” without warranties. JNTUK Materials is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on content, unavailable files, malware introduced outside our reasonable control, or third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
